The Journal of Cartilage & Joint Preservation (JCJP) publishes the best clinical, translational and basic science articles for researchers and clinicians involved in cartilage repair, development, function, degeneration, transplantation and rehabilitation. JCJP is an open access journal highlighting special issues important to the ICRS community and welcomes papers on joint preservation, including cartilage restoration techniques such as microfracture surgery, drilling, abrasion arthroplasty, autologous chondrocyte implementation, osteochondral autograft transplantation and osteochondral allograft transplantation.

Recognizing that there is a continuum from cartilage injury to degenerative joint disease the Society brings together basic scientists, clinical researchers, physicians and members of industry, engaged or interested in the field of articular biology, its genetic basis and regenerative medicine.
